The new DAP-X1860 increases versatility in Wi-Fi 6 Mesh

With teleworking and digitization lurking in every corner, WiFi is essential at any point. That’s why D-Link’s new DAP-X1860 Wall Extender with WiFi 6 easily extends your network from any wall outlet.

The DAP-X1860 integrates a Gigabit LAN Ethernet port (1,000 Mbps) that allows it to also be used as an access point. In addition, it supports the Wi-Fi EasyMesh standard to integrate into a mesh network with compatible devices, such as the D-Link Wi-Fi 6 routers DIR-X-1550 and DIR-X5460 or Wi-Fi 6 Mesh COVR node packs. -X1862 and COVR-X1863.

The device enables automatic roaming to always be connected to the extender or node that has the best signal strength and not stay connected to the router even if we are very far away, avoiding having to manually change the Wi-Fi network.
