The broad and deep observability of the Dynatrace platform and its advanced AIOps capabilities will enable international luxury hotel chain Meliá to ensure that its digital services offer the same quality experience as physical interactions with hotel staff.
And it is that, the chain has chosen the company to carry out its digital transformation process, with the aim of responding to the growing demand of customers to be able to interact through mobile and online platforms.

The volume of transactions managed through its digital channels has grown from 40% since the end of 2019, to more than 80% during the pandemic.
In this way, Meliá accelerated its digital transformation by migrating its critical applications to a cloud-native environment running on Kubernetes on AWS to achieve the necessary agility to quickly improve and launch digital functionalities.
